My intention for all of us in the class is to define our sense of ourselves through how we move, breath, balance, emote, sense, feel, and respond; so that we can continue to live a vibrant, expansive, and joyful life enjoying who we are and enhancing our relationships with our family, friends and the world around us.
1 We will improve the chronic pain triggers
2 Learn practices of moving fluidly in our joints
3 Gain strength through breathing practices to optimize cellular growth
4 Improve balance through postural behavior
5 Walk, stand, lifting with no discomfort
6 We will come away with tools to create optimum health.
